As a woman past 50, I can tell you that Rod's program is exactly what I wanted and needed to attain my exercise and health goals! I am very impressed by Rod's knowledge, enthusiasm, positive attitude and the ease with which he translates the information and techniques! He is always available to answer my questions and concerns. I have incorporated his training program into my regular everyday routine and I am so happy with my results! I will continue for life!!!

After a baby at 40, I needed to get back in shape, improve my muscle tone and lose the "baby weight". Rod was great, pushing when I needed it and I was able to get back into better shape than ever.

I have work out with Rod on and off for years.He was my personal trainer when he had his Gym. Talk about personal! when you ask for a hard core work out you better pack your lunch. Besides the throwing up at the back door i could not ask for a better trainer. He takes his job very serious.

I think Rod is a fantastic trainer! He never pushes you too hard, all he does is encourage you to push yourself more and more. I would recommend Rod to anyone. He will work with your schedule and plan time to work with you one on one. He also does very well with past injuries and works slowly to help heal and strengthen the injury.
