I have a rental and I used to manage it myself. I work 40+ hours a week so being a "landlord" on top of that could be a real pain at times, especially when people would move out. Turning my condo over to Blue Oak was one of the smartest decisions I've made in managing my investment property. Sure they charge you but it's absolutely worth every penny.

Blue Oak has done a great job managing our rental house. They are very prompt and professional in dealing with any issues that have come up. My father trusted the management of his rental homes to Blue Oak Property Management for the last 5 years, and they're an excellent business to do business with. Their online website and monthly notifications are an efficient way to keep homeowners informed. When major repair work needs to be done to the rentals, Michael is great at communicating in advance to the home owner to approve moving forward with the repair or have the owner seek their own services. Up until now, Blue Oak Property has taken care of all repairs. They provide the best service to home owners!
