I called Martin to fix a color problem on my HP Color Laser Jet printer. He was willing to repair the printer in my home which I greatly appreciate as I work out of my home. He worked diligently for 2 hours and after trying many different things the color was better but not yet right. So Martin laid out all of my options and left the decisions up to me. He was knowledgeable, kind, hard working and extremely reasonable. I will call him again if needed. In fact I was so impressed that I went out of my way to give him great reviews here and on Yelp. Which I rarely do.

Dennis arrived promptly at his appointment time. Very professional in every way. Paper was jamming and I was unable to print. Dennis found the problem and told us he would order the replacement part.
