Sarah at the Blushing Bride was absolutely fabulous to work with as my wedding planner. From our initial meeting, I was thoroughly impressed with not only her level of organization and professionalism, but how extremely sweet and genuinely happy and excited she was for our wedding. She was always available for any and everything throughout the planning process and executed the day of the wedding seamlessly. She surprised me with a really sweet card, gift and arrangement of white roses in my bridal suite on the day of the wedding which was such a nice gesture. Sarah is the perfect balance of being extremely sharp, organized and professional and extremely thoughtful, sweet and genuine, which is a huge relief for any bride throughout the wedding planning process. Knowing Sarah was on my team gave me the peace of mind to relax and really enjoy my wedding without worrying about a thing! I felt confident that everything was handled and it definitely was. I would highly recommend working with the Blushing Bride for planning and coordinating a wedding!

I can't say enough good things about our wedding coordinator Sarah and her team at the Blushing Bride. I was against hiring a wedding coordinator when we first started planning because I thought we could do everything ourselves. Now, I can't imagine what I would have done without Sarah!!! She went above and beyond for our wedding. From our first phone call to the wedding day, Sarah was absolutely amazing. She brought my dream wedding to life by being in constant contact with our vendors and helping with every DIY project that I needed done. I didn't need to worry about any detail because she was always two steps ahead of me and had everything taken care of. Our day was picture perfect and that was all thanks to Sarah and the Blushing Bride!

Sarah was our wedding coordinator for our wedding this past October, and she was great! In the months leading up to the event Sarah met with my wife and I several times (and was accommodating on logistics) to learn about us and our desires for the wedding day. Through these informative conversations with Sarah both my wife and I were surprised by how much we had not thought about. We not only learned what still needed to be covered, Sarah made suggestions to help guide us in our decisions. On several visits to the venue with us she took extensive notes and worked with us on every detail. It was such a relief to my wife and I that we had everything taken care of! That relief is why you hire someone like Sarah, who prepares and anticipates every detail. Sure enough, on the wedding day everything came together perfectly! Sarah and her team ran the day very efficiently and allowed us to enjoy our day with our family and friends. Thank you Sarah and the Blushing Bride team for all of your hard work!

We hired Sarah to be our Day of Coordinator. Of course, I thought I would be able to do it all by myself, but the DOC was required by our venue. Sarah was amazing and perfect, simply put. We were connected to her through our DJ, and after our first meeting with her, it was a perfect fit. We truly could not have had such a smooth and perfect evening without her. She helped with everything from planning with us the year before to helping set up the venue and directing us down the aisle the day of. Her attention to detail is impeccable, and she truly listened to what we wanted. There were many times where everyone wanted what they saw for our wedding, and she would look at me and ask what did I want. She came with us to our vendor night to see the venue, and followed me around asking “and what about this? Or how about a fire pit here? The name cards can go here? Or what do you see for your day?” She was constantly taking notes, and during our meetings would circle back to remind me of what we had talked of before. She made sure that no detail was forgotten, and that our wedding was the culmination of our vision. During the reception our DJ had everyone up and dancing on the floor, but according to our schedule it was time for our fathers to give their speeches, she found me and asked if we wanted everyone to be seated or if we wanted to let them all dance and do the speeches at the time of cake cutting, which was a perfect alternative. She told our DJ to let us dance, and we continued to party. Her helper, Samantha, sweet as can be, and continually checked in on us during picture time during our cocktail hour. She made sure that we were fed and had drinks. They both were excellent at periodically checking in on us, without overwhelming us and taking us away from our celebration. I should also mention that during the planning process, she was never more than an email away. She was always quick to respond, and would always be sending me another list of things to make sure I was getting stuff done. Truly don’t know what I would have done without her. We would hire Sarah and her team again without a second thought. Thank you!

Sarah and her team were amazing in helping us plan for our wedding! We had a coordinator from our venue as well as a coordinator for our church, therefore we didn't need full comprehensive coordinator services from Blushing Bride, but we did a lot of DIY décor and needed an extra hand for our floral arrangements at the church and venue. The day-of coordination services was perfect for what we needed! Sarah was amazing in the days leading to the wedding. She met us at our venue to examine where everything would go. On the day of the wedding, she helped everything run smoothly from when the flowers arrived at the church and transported the flowers that we needed at the venue promptly. When we arrived to the venue, everything was set up beyond what we imagined it would look like - it was beyond beautiful. My husband and I are beyond grateful for their services! Pricing is based on the individual needs of each event and a quote will generally be provided following the initial consultation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients receive a 30-minute complimentary consultation either over the phone or in-person. Following the consultation, clients are able to decide which package/ a la carte options are best suited for them. Coordination begins immediately after contracts are finalized and signed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Wedding Planner Certification Bachelors Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Cal Poly Pomona
