- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the individual needs of each event and a quote will generally be provided following the initial consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients receive a 30-minute complimentary consultation either over the phone or in-person. Following the consultation, clients are able to decide which package/ a la carte options are best suited for them. Coordination begins immediately after contracts are finalized and signed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Wedding Planner Certification Bachelors Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Cal Poly Pomona
