- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the project, scope of work and project goals. There's no set fee menu (but there are guidelines). We need to discuss your project first and then you will receive a proposal with pricing information. A lot of marketing projects such as social media, optimization, advertising, etc. are performed monthly for a set price (retainer) which saves you money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First consultations are complimentary - we get on phone, Skype or Zoom and discuss your goals, look at your numbers and discuss various ways and plans to achieve your goals. Then I create a custom marketing plan for your specific project and business goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for Fortune 500 companies, marketing agency side, client side and consulted small businesses. I have a Masters Degree, Marketing Certificates from UCLA and EMA (E-Marketing Association), memberships in multiple Online Marketing coaching groups. My team is Google Certified and Facebook certified.
