We ordered washer/dryer at Home Depot, it was delivered by Temco but were not able to install it. It is a difficult task considering it is a stack washer/dryer, tight closet for its placement and it is located on the 3rd floor, meaning they have to carry it 2 plights of stairs. We were frustrated because the installers only assessed it and did not even bother to try (happened twice). We had enough and that’s when we found Cedric at Thumbtack. He looked at it, and he jumped on it right away. He was very patient and took his time to satisfy our request. He never rushed on getting things done. They thought it was impossible but he defied it and proved them wrong!
