As a busy professional fitness was pretty low on my totem pole of priorities. Moreover, I had recently moved from Texas to California, started a demanding new job and lost my only sibling unexpectedly. My heart was aching, head spinning and weight balloning right along with it. I knew I needed help to get me outta the rut and back to taking care of myself. Traa fit the bill perfectly. I expressed to him my concerns, my physical limitations as well as my goals. He listened keenly and has been with me every step of the way. He’s calm and supportive when I need that and pushes just the right amount when my self-doubt gets in the way. He genuinely cares about his clients and it shows. Traa was by far the best coach/mentor i have ever had when prepping for a bodybuilding show or photoshoot. Very insightful and knowledgeable on supplementation and how they work in the body.
