Oh my goodness Christina is EXCEPTIONAL! The second I met her I felt so stress free. This is huge for a bride to be! She is so professional and so knowledgeable. I barely had to even explain what I wanted and she knew right away. She came to the venue the day before and went through every detail with me, took notes and assured me not to worry. All my sister and I do is worry but after we met with Christina we both looked and each other sand said WOW! The day of her and her partner Nick were PERFECTION! I walked into my venue and it was stunning! They were so organized, helpful, accommodating and fun! Christina was in charge of all the vendors arrivals, set up and payments. She managed the timeline, the bridal party and the set up of the ceremony and reception hall. Through all that she found the time to bring me water!!! Which literally saved my life because it was an extremely hot day. She stayed till all the guests were gone to make sure everything was organized and ready to go. I would recommend to her to everyone! You can just tell she is so passionate, so professional and such a wonderful person! Thank you so much for everything Christina! I can't believe I can actually say that nothing went wrong on my wedding day!
Wedding planning is hectic and crazy, and I kept on ignoring the preparation needed to make sure the celebration was a success. I was so overwhelmed that I kept on procrastinating because I did not even know where to start. About six months before our ceremony, I mentioned these thoughts to my mother. She instantly became nervous that nothing was ever going to get accomplished and the wedding would be a disaster. That night, my mom found Red Letter Events on Thumbtack and helped set-up our first meeting with her. The second Hannah walked in the door for our consultation; we knew that she was the right person to be our wedding coordinator and to light a fire under me to make my thoughts become a reality. It is hard for me to make decisions and Hannah helped organize my thoughts to create our theme while helping us locate decorations aligning with my vision. She always communicated with me and sent updates, images, and checklists to ensure we stayed on track for our wedding. Also, she was more than happy to meet us at a variety of shops and stores to help find items to include in our wedding and even assisted us in meeting with our vendors. We experienced many issues with our florist and in one situation had a complication arise during my bachelorette party. When I texted Hannah, she replied she would take care of it, and she did which allowed me to enjoy my weekend. A few days before the wedding, she came over to review decorations and placement to help eliminate the stress I was feeling for the wedding. Also, she reached out to all of our vendors that week to ensure all parties were aware of the times to arrive and helped answer any questions they had. She was patient during the whole process and ensured all the events and necessities needed for the wedding were prepared and ready for our special day. Two days before our wedding, she ran the rehearsal and set clear expectations for the bridal party while making sure our voices were heard on what we wanted to implement. On the day of, she arrived early and helped set-up decorations and made sure I was well taken care of and ready. Hannah took care of everything and everyone and made sure my entire family and bridal party did not have to lift a finger. During the reception, Hannah again went above and beyond expectations and constantly earned praise and compliments from our guests. We, unfortunately, had another issue with our florist, who forgot to bring a couple of items. Hannah immediately called the company to take care of the problem. She even improvised ways to make the flower girl basket by picking rose petals from a rose bush on site for the flower girl since the florist forgot it again after her second delivery. During the ceremony and reception, she checked in to make sure everything was ready including the vendors and helped answer any questions we had. Hannah is very personable, professional, and became a great friend. Our wedding turned out amazing with the help and guidance of Red Letter Events. Although our wedding was almost a year ago, we still keep in contact with Hannah which goes to show you the true relationships she builds with her clients.
From the start, Megan was very attentive and responsive to our needs and vision for our dream wedding. My husband and I had a 350-guest wedding, which is a task in itself, but it was also an Indian wedding, which are filled with very detailed traditions and separate events within the wedding itself. I had started planning for the wedding a year in advance, and quickly realized I needed help. Our wedding was in San Diego and both my husband and I lived in two different states. I knew that PartySpark was a startup company and that they had no Indian wedding experience, but after speaking with Megan, I knew she understood what I was looking for. We decided to hire PartySpark about 6 months before the wedding and now I can't even imagine what we would have done without Megan and her team. She was able to put us at ease about the whole planning process. She coordinated FaceTime meetings, meetings with my husband when he was in town, vendor walk-throughs, and kept constant communication through email. Honestly, a bride's biggest concern is communication and organization with the planner. I always felt in sync with Megan and she always kept me in the loop of what was going on. From that 6 months onward, I did not once question the organization of my wedding. Even my bridal party had great things to say about PartySpark's communication and organization, as Megan kept them in the loop through emails. The day of the wedding was a dream. My uncles and aunts (Indian relatives can be extremely critical) were saying that this was the first wedding they've been to where the bride and groom looked so relaxed and all the events were on time. Not only is she one of the nicest people on the planet, she is incredibly good at her job! She was very attentive, organized, and communicative. Whenever I needed a question answered, no matter how ridiculous the question, Meghan was always there with a quick response and a wonderful answer. She made it so I didn't have to worry about a thing. The day of the wedding, she made sure that everything ran perfectly. If anything went wrong, I had no idea because she took care of it right away. Regardless of what event we will be planning in the future, Porsia will be the person planning it! She gave 100% to every part of our wedding process, and made us feel like her highest priority. She guided us through everything from choosing a venue almost a year in advance, to paying our vendors on the night of the wedding. We wanted to be more hands-off through the process, but she was diligent about consistently keeping us in the loop. She heard every word we had to say, and validated all of our ideas (regardless of how crazy they seemed). She even checked in and reminded us about items that we took responsibility for like choosing the dress and buying bridal party gifts! We hired Carole to officiate our wedding and the results were great. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The flawless execution of the delivery of the vows right down to coordinating the bridal party down the aisle. Kimberly did an AMAZING job coordinating our wedding weekend! A month before the wedding day, Kimberly drove out to my home town to meet with my mom and I to go over all the logistics of the day, learn the bridal party's names, and hear more about our vision for what the day would look like. When the time of the wedding came, she went above and beyond to help everything run smoothly from when we arrived at the venue on Friday afternoon until we left on Sunday morning. We were blown away with how much she paid attention to all the small details we had envisioned for our special day while also keeping everything running so smoothly. She carried herself with kindness and grace during the whole weekend, even when unexpected stressors arose. I hired Charleston Events last month to design and organize a 50's themed bridal shower for my sister and it turned out beautiful. She completed everything in a professional manner from the contract agreement, to the set up the night before and the clean up the day after. They prepared our games and we had lots of fun!
