- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services our usually quoted on a cost per square foot, multiplied by the frequency the potential client requests. Wepa Commercial Cleaning a minimum for 1 x week service is $ 195.00 per month. Supervision, Labor, Supplies and Equipment, Payroll Taxes and Insurance are included in our pricing schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client signs a recurring service an Initial Walk-through is scheduled. At this walk-through the main contact by the client is present. On behalf of Wepa Commercial Cleaning the Account Executive and the Operations Manager attend as well. The main purpose is to review the facility to be serviced and answer all questions and exchange relevant information. After the first clean Wepa Commercial Cleaning will make a follow-up visit in a 24 hour period. The Operations Manager is also responsible to monitor the start, by following up with the client. On 30 days of service and written evaluation will be submitted to the client and turned back in into Wepa Commercial Cleaning Regional Office. This process will keep going indefinitely unless the client requests something different.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Wepa Commercial Cleaning requires in depth training in specific janitorial applications for all its supervisors. Our formal training covers every aspect of commercial cleaning, chemical education, biohazard standard practice, safety training, customer service, as well as our own stringent guidelines for maintaining customer relations including our internal guidelines for code of ethics and operational procedures. Upon fully completing this rigorous training, Our operations managers are also trained using the same methods as well as a specific training on the art of inspection. Ongoing training seminars are provided to keep up to date with the industries innovations.
