I am recommending A.C.E. Plumbing to my friends, neighbors and clients as the go-to-company for plumbing service and will use them in the future for all my plumbing needs. Chuck Richardson - Carmel Valley Highlands
I help manage 70+ properties at Now Realty Group and have had a lot of bad experiences with hiring Electricians. I'm happy to say that I had a wonderful experience working with Jose! He got out to my electrical job within 24 hours of my contacting him and he arranged the appointment directly with the tenant so I didn't have to be the middle man, saving me a lot of time. After going out to our rental property and assessing the problem and finding that the electrical outlet he went out to change out was working fine, he said there would be no charge! No one does that anymore, I was very impressed! I have found Jose to be very professional, prompt and honest. I will be using him for all of my electrical, plumbing, painting & drywall jobs from here on out. Jose went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend him.
Jose provides an excellent customer service. Unlike other contractors who hardly ever return my calls, Jose is very prompt in responding to texts and messages and is flexible with his time to come to the house for an estimate. When we finalized on the quote, his crew came out the next day and finished the patio and the retainer wall within a day and a half. The outcome is awesome, I no longer cringe with disgust when I look at my backyard. Thank you Jose!
I need some work done asap and Steve was super responsive to my needs I found him reliable and at very reasonable rate I will go to him with all my sprinkler, plumbing and electrical work. None better Very hard worker! Thanks Steve
Best plumbing service I’ve ever had. I posted on Thumbtack after a drain backed up in my rental property. It’s Sunday and my tenant needed this done. Within minutes this gentleman sent a quote and came out within a couple hours. He came in and quickly tackled the problem. No upsell and no bs. If your looking for a plumber this is your guy. Definitely going in my file for future jobs. Thanks for coming down and taking care of this concern!
Ray was great , fast efficient and very well knowledgable. Will hire again for my plumbing needs.
Bob was fabulous!! He came out and assessed what I needed and did my job in a timely matter and for a reasonable price!! I would highly recommend him and his company for whatever plumbing job you need!! Very satisfied....Thank You, Bob!!
Overall I had an excellent experience. The work was explained to me prior and he went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend 911 plumbing for any similar work.
Remodeled a restaurant. The price is competitive and quality of work is high. Carlos dedicated a lot of time to us. Carlos and his team are very friendly. Their workers are very experienced in commercial remodeling projects. Highly Recommend!
Robert and his crew did an outstanding job of roofing my small shed and roof coating the main cabin. I would not hesitate to call him again if I had other projects. The price was reasonable and the job was completed quickly.
Hugo was great! Very competent. Took care of two plumbing repairs on the initial visit and honored his estimate in spite of some unforeseen conditions. Very reasonable prices. Would definitely hire him again.
Sean did a great job with our bathtub and tile remodel. He was kind, helpful, prompt and professional. The tile work is just what we asked for and he did some extra work that included plumbing, bathtub glass door install and repaired our bathroom vent as well. He more than earned a 5 star rating!!!!
It started off as a simple job, pull some vinyl that was separating from the subfloor in a very small bathroom and replace it with ceramic tile. The job was scheduled to take a day and a half (a good portion of that time is waiting for the tile to set) but as soon as James pulled the vinyl back there was a homeowner's worst nightmare, mold from a leaky toilet. James then worked tirelessly for the next four and a half days removing all the damaged subfloor, the cast iron plumbing that had rotted out, the floor joists and tearing the bathroom down to dirt. When he rebuilt it he added more floor joists to support the floor and concrete board over the new subfloor as well as tar paper to seal the whole thing. It's the most stable floor in the house. James worked tirelessly, he was at the jobsite at least 8+ hours a day, plus purchasing materials and dumping the waste at night. When it finally came time to lay the tile and James brought a helper in. The tile looks fantastic and I am happy to know that there is no more mold hidden in the floor. James left the jobsite clean and clear at the end of each day and at the end of the project, some contractors rush that part of the job. The rates were more than reasonable considering the hidden damage and repairs that had to be done. He even put up with my mom watching him and asking a million questions. We are very pleased with the quality of the work.
These guys are top notch! I worked with Chris about the fixing some plumbing work on our new house we just bought. Under a few sinks there were some very cheap pipes that weren't up to code and if not replaced I ran the risk of clogs and such. Saxon came out today, very professional and friendly and took care of it in no time. He left to get parts and was back and done before we knew it. I will definitely call you guys anytime we need anything related to plumbing! Thanks guys!!!!! 10 stars!!
I am a General Building Contractor that has hired Robert's Plumbing on 4 or 5 projects. He always shows up on time and is very professional. His work is very thorough and clean. These projects include Commercial Drain Lines, ADA Bathroom Installs, residential bathroom remodels/reconfigurations and complete re-pipes. He's even done work at one of my close elderly friend's homes, because he's trustworthy and respectful. .... JA BROWN Construction Management and Consulting.
As a former contractor from Chicago I was very impressed with Jay's knowledge, skills and professionalism. Having a contractor come into your home is different than when doing an industrial or commercial project, a homeowner needs to feel comfortable with a contractor since it is your home. Jay has that positive kind of presence when working in your home which is important. We have more work to be done in our home in the future and we will look forward to working with Jay on our next project. We would highly recommend he and Frank's Boyz to anyone.
Repaired a shelf and rod in our master closet that was not properly anchored with original installation with building contractor. Anchored 3 new bookshelves to the wall and replaced door knob face plates. He was very interesting to talk with, and although he arrived later than scheduled, he was able to complete what we asked.
Nationwide Secure did the tile flooring and sink installation for my bathroom. By far, they have been the most responsive and professional company out of all contractors I have hired. From time of thumbtack post to job completion was one week, and throughout, Nationwide Secure was straightforward and an overall pleasure to work with. I could not be happier with my finished bathroom. My initial bathroom setup was a bit awkward, but Robert did some creative work with the tiles to make the finished product look good. During the work, there was also some dry rot on the walls that he removed free of charge, just to do a thorough and complete job. The end product was stunning. Thanks Robert!
I’ve had several sub contractors at my house during a massive remodel. Shaun was by far the best. Showed up when he said he was going to, worked late when needed..... all at a fair price.
I'll start with the good. The guys who arrived to do the work--3 cabinet/counter installs, 3 lighting installs, 3 toilets, 2 new floors, 3 paint colors--were all good men, with the primary contractor being exceptional (Javi, I believe). Communication was an issue at times, but we worked around it as best we could. Work ethic was strong, they were respectful and careful, even when I requested touch up after touch up. And, when I decided last minute to have the showers painted, they called a friend and worked around him. The items selected all came from the Pykles showroom, and with my budget constraints, I didn't have much choice, but what we got is still very nice. We went a tiny bit over budget once I realized brushed nickel fixtures weren't included, but they found them for me to save me having to buy them myself and made sure I got all the counters I wanted. Quality of workmanship and products is high. And my baths look amazing! Now, the bad. I'm not sure how it happened, but somehow the cabinets that arrived for my 3 baths were not the right ones, so we were off to a bad start on the first day. We had one that was the right size, but the drawers were on the wrong side for the plumbing, so we had to make adjustments. They told me they would be installed on Tuesday, then Wednesday, but they didn't actually install the other two until Friday and the last one on Saturday (I at least had one toilet and one shower the whole time tho--whew!). That whole ordeal set us back almost two days, so what was originally going to be a 4-day install took 5.5 :( The last day, Saturday, was a scramble to get them done quickly enough to make it to another job, and there was a miscommunication with the crew chief, but we worked it out, apologies all around. The chief came back later in the day to take care of a few quick things, and he'll be back later to handle the absolute last thing--a soap dish that couldn't be mounted without damaging the new shower paint. I appreciated the extra concern. I've never had a contractor show up when they say in the morning, leave when they say in the evening, or finish as planned, and these guys struggled with that a bit too. I give 4-4.5 stars because of the miscommunications and minor delays in what was otherwise a good remodel.
