One Step At a Time

Introduction: My story starts back when I was young. I used to move around a lot due to my family is in the military and being a new kid at a school, you tend to get bullied. I would turn to food for comfort, so fast forward to the beginning of high school, I was overweight. There is no confidence in myself, and I was just hoping that it would be different, so I turned to sports. I took it one day at a time, and I have learned to love myself in the process and now, I am here to help you get to a place where you are happy with who you are. I am not going to promise you that it will be easy, and I will be honest there might even be times where you want to give up and go back to how things used to be, but I will be there every step of the way to help push you past your limits to show you that it is possible.
