Jose called and arrived same day with an in home estimate. We requested to do our own roof tear off, which he provided us a few days to take care of. He and one other worker completely re roofed our flat roof into a pitched roof in one and a half days. The quality of work is impeccable, and his Pricing is fair and affordable, no hidden costs, and he never tried to push us out of our budget. He is extremely professional and pleasant to work with. We will definitely be hiring him for future home repairs.

My experience with Erik was absolutely fantastic !! I cannot thank him enough for the quality and quickness of his repair job on my tile roof. He responded immediately to a request for quotes, visited my house for an estimate the next day, gave a very fair estimate and thorough description of the work to be done, responded quickly when I added to the work load, and scheduled the work to be performed very quickly. He and his partner Eric jumped on the job the next day, worked 2 long days and the job was finished. Never did I expect the amount of time from initial contact to job completion to be within a week !! The job was to remove an old solar water heating panel that was built into the roof when the house was built, patch the hole where the unit was, and add new clay tiles. Also included was a complete inspection and replacement of rotted plywood/paper and to replace old broken tiles in various other places of the roof. In total, he replaced or added 175 new tiles to the roof. When completed the new section of the roof matches so well, you cannot even tell there was a solar unit once on the roof. And now that we have had our first rain since the repair, there are absolutely no leaks. His communication with me was beyond excellent. His expertise in tile roof was the deciding factor in selecting him for the job. If you want quality work at a good price and quick action, Erik and his team are top notch. Highly recommended.

George and his workers were amazing! I have two very old rentals which needed a full tear out. Thinking there was only two layers of shingles to be removed ended up being five. This was not a problem but did require more work on George's part without extra cost. Unfortunately the roofs needed extensive wood repair and replacement and would take an extra week. George offered a fair price for the extra work and was able to complete the entire job in less than two weeks. George did professional roof work at every step and the result are quality beautiful roofs In addition to George, my hat goes off to Roberto, Morico, Jayland and Doug for putting up with heat and doing outstanding work and keeping the yard clean and offering to clean the inside of the rentals. Amazing find!!!! Ranferis is a great painter who takes pride in his work and cares about getting the job done right. He made sure the colors we picked would look exactly the way we wanted (painted multiple swatches around the house had to go back get more swatches multiple times). He also has a team who helped us finish other projects (stucco repair, termite damage repair and cement work). Everything I needed he had a very qualified person coming in the following day fixing it for a very fair price. He found some potential issues with our roof and just wanted us to be aware of the situation, not trying to sell us on another job. Just took pictures and told us that it is not urgent that I could wait a year or 2 especially because it wont be a rainy year but that if we need, again he has someone that could get the job done. He is the most honest contractor and we couldn’t be happier with the end results. We have 3 dogs and he was always very careful to not let them out when going in and out of the yard, I felt very comfortable having him working on the house while we were at work. Highly recommend and we will use him whenever we can.

Excellent Service! Honest Roofing Company! I had (5) five roofers from Thumbtack here come out to take a look at my roof because I thought I needed a new one. Each one of them gave me a bid and said I needed one. When I found Elite Builders they were honest and said I had 6 - 8 more years life of the roof. What can I say? Thank you Elite Builders!
