- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For catering, our unique style is called the "Food Truck Experience". It was actually created by our clients. Our first year in business when we would do a catering all of the clients would get frustrated because they wanted to try "Everything". So very quickly we created the "Food Truck Experience" where for one set price everyone can try smaller portions of everything in any order. Very similar to a French tasting menu but much more casual and fun! For catering, we only charge per person plus 20 percent for tax, gratuity, and travel. There are NO other "hidden" fees, ever.(minimum 50 Person)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very simple.If we are available? (we usually are booked most weekends a month in advance)Then we will set up a phone appointment to talk about the budget, menu, special needs, and anything that can make your event or wedding truly amazing!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since I was 14 years of age I have spent 27 years working, managing, developing, and running restaurants all over the country. My resume includes corporate chain management, bar management, nightclub development, and I even ran a showroom in Las Vegas at the Aladdin Casino. So the Seoul Man Food Truck is more than just a labor of love it is a lifetime of passion, hard work, and experience.
