- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Home Staging is an upfront investment and all projects vary in size and needs so pricing varies. We specialize in the single family home and our MINIMUM vacant staging size is three areas, Living room, dining room, main bedroom . Kitchen and bathrooms are complimentary . This is the most requested vacant staging service.Our terms are for up to 45 days . If you are interested in more rooms or spaces just let us know and we will provide you an estimate . You are investing money upfront which is one of the best investments to get the highest Return on investment
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We connect and get to know you .Site visit. Create proposal and discuss with customer. Once in agreement , my team and I will Execute the project. Inform the client when process is completed . We will promote it on my social media with prior approval . Home goes on the market. Then Destage. Follow up with client to ensure satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified staging design professional with the Staging Studio . I am an active member of RESA, IAHSP , INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF HOME STAGING PROFESSIONALS and recently was recognized as a “ Stager of color” bringing diversity to our industry. I’m currently a design student for interior design.
