Rich has the rare combination of passion and patience not often seen in the fitness and training world. In my many personal ups and downs in my ongoing battle with my weight, Rich was the one trainer who knew how to push me, yet keep things fun and interesting. He never allowed workouts to get stale or repetitive and knew that perfect balance to push you to the limit without breaking you. The best part about Rich is that he is a normal guy's guy and doesn't look down on anyone. He knows how to relate complicated nutrition and training principles to a lay-personwho doesn't understand the first thing about any of it. My only complaint is he no longer is local so I can't train with him anymore! However, I recently lost 40lbs implementing those many little tricks he passed on to me years ago. As I said, he knows how to relate the information in ways that are easy to remember and so that you won't forget. Do yourself a BIG favor and train with Rich today!

However was getting bored just running and didn't want to spend the money going to a crowded gym so decided to give personal training a try. Lana is the perfect choice! I've been with Lana for a little over a week and she is outstanding! Very professional, and nice yet extremely motivating. Dustin is an amazingly professional trainer that is highly responsive to the needs of his clients and we'll build a custom Training rooting for you based on your specific goals and resources. I met with him this evening at the park and she had me doing several of his high intensity interval routines that's just it my abilities and made it possible for him 2 gauge my aptitudes at this time. The workouts were challenging but not overwhelming and Dustin was very responsive to my needs whenever I was unable complete the set or if I was in pain he was able to switch out the routines to make it more comfortable and always kept a very positive motivational attitude. I'm looking forward to continuing working with him swords my health and athletic goals! To be thorough I am a 37 year old male that is trying to lose 35-45 pounds in body fat and gain a muscular toned physique so we'll see where we can go from here!
I hired Tom initially to get in shape for my approaching wedding in Hawaii, which I then continued for 3 months after as the results were excellent. Tom pays attention to your goals, habits, metabolic type, and physical abilities. His diet suggestions and diversity in workout routines kept things interesting and fun (as fun as working out can be at first!) Tom's knowledge of CrossFit training, weights, and various other disciplines set him apart from your typical 24hr fitness trainer. He was willing to be flexible with my work schedule and was always available for a quick call or text. Tom provides encouragement, support, and puts together a solid plan to achieve your goals. I would highly recommend Tom for anyone hesitant or intimidated by the gym and or initial commitment of getting in shape.
I've been doing personal training since 2010 through many different trainers, my all time favorite was with Brittany. I went through a phase where I wasn't conditioned to training, had gained weight and wasn't use to lifting weights. The first time we trained together, I thought it was really weird but she made it of importance about my breathing and posture and didn't just get right back into lifting like I use to. A couple sessions later, I really actually felt a difference because she made it important to recondition myself and make sure that I breathe properly while I train! She not only made me feel physically fit, she was a great person to talk to, and made me feel great while I worked out and constantly pushed me to be a better person. I wouldn't ever want another trainer, and when I'm done with my break from training, Brittany and I are going to be back out there hitting those new PR's!
I recently did a private instruction session with A. Doyle. It was my second time ever doing yoga and I was intimidated by the atmosphere of a gym class. Allison's instruction was the perfect alternative. I didn't feel self-concious at all. I learned classic yoga poses and breathing techniques. She tailored the lesson to my beginner level and was very attune to my particular strengths and limitations. She had alernative poses ready for me in the case that something was too challenging, so I never felt like I "couldn't" do the lesson. She was attentive to correcting my form (making "adjustments") so that I had a good foundation to start on. I feel that in a group class I wouldn't have gotten nearly the personal attention. She takes her time and even repeated the lesson once we were finished (without my asking) so I could try it at a different pace and with my new knowledge. I appreciated that she didn't watch the clock or appear rushed in the least. She seems to truly love what she does and is perfectly suited for private instruction. Her rate is more than fair for the quality of instruction you receive.
Where to begin! First off Matt is seriously just amazing and one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. He truly loves what he does and cares about each and everyone of his clients. When I first started training with him I was around a size 10 pushing 12, after training with him for about a year, I am down to a size 4 and have lost a decent amount of weight but also put on a lot of muscle. He helped me become the strongest I've ever been in my life and become more confident in myself. He helps you understand what you should eat and how you should be eating. So it's not that he's just training you, he's also teaching you. I can't even begin to tell you all that he has taught me. If you need a trainer, he truly is your guy. He will help you reach whatever goals you have and you will love the training sessions!
I love Lisa! Her prices are unbeatable, and she's very understanding and flexible. Our sessions are always super fun, and she feels like family. She pushes when you say push, but is careful to avoid anything that could strain or injure you. I referred my sister to start training with her as well, and she really likes it too.
I did a lot of research on the internet on Fitness Trainers before deciding on Colby and was thoroughly impressed & satisfied with the training program he set out for me. I loved the professionalism of the whole experience; his knowledge, work ethic, the FACILITY & STAFF. It was not a "meat locker" but people with a common purpose working hard to attain it. What I love was Colby was 100% on me in training ... no wandering eyes, answering phone with other clients and NEVER gave me the sense he was board with what he was doing. Always encouraging and keenly aware of what I was going thru mentally as well as physically. Though I have moved out of the area, I still hitting him up with advice and help & he always responds ... he is the man! Try that with some of the other trainers after your contract is up! Highly recommend him to anyone that is serious about their training on ALL levels. I am no pin up model lol. Thanks Colby!
Candon has been my personal trainer since 2014 and I am in so much better shape today, both physically and mentally, than when we started. In 2014 I was a real "newbie" -- with lots of "nevers": had a gym membership, "worked out", had a personal trainer, the list went on. Candon worked with me to assess what my goals were and what I wanted to achieve. He is very knowledgeable of physical anatomy. He's helped me so many times when I've come in suffering with overused or strained muscles--a side effect from sitting all day at my office job--he seems to know just the right exercises to help alleviate the pain and strengthen at the same time. He also helped a great deal during my rehabilitation after having both of my hips replaced. We both feel that I've healed fast. Candon has a great sense of humor and for me being able to have fun and laugh while I'm sweating and working my butt off is a real plus. (Sometimes we lose track of the number of reps and I end up working even harder!) I'm not the type of person who would ever do well with a "drill sergeant" screaming at me to do another push up or another rep! I highly recommend Canady Training for your personal training needs. I've known Jon for a number of years. I met Jon when he was a student athlete at San Diego State University playing football. He's always been determined to be a personal trainer and there wasn't a droubt in my mind that he would reach that goal. When I learned that he was actually training people I had to see what he was doing. So I started following him on Instagram to see him in action. I was impressed with what he was doing with his clients that I called him up and set up an appointment. He stopped by my office (which I appreciated) and we talked about what my fitness goals and objectives were for training and the next week I was at his training facility training. He didn't go easy on me and he didn't let me slack on any part of my workouts. I thought he would take it easy on me but he didn't and I appreciate that. There were times I told him I couldn't do an exercise and that the weight was too heavy but he encouraged me to do it. And I did it. His positive attitude and patience with me makes him an AMAZING trainer. Not only does he care about your fitness journey but he cares about you as a person. Side note he allows me to have fun (telling jokes and singing) when I workout, while still pushing me to get better and stronger. I would recommend that you give Jon a chance and see for yourself what an AMAZING trainer he is.
Working with John is great! He's very knowledgeable on strength training and nutrition. And he comes right to you! (I can work out conveniently at the fitness center in our condo community.) Also, his price is very reasonable.
Went to personal training session. We did a total body fitness workout. I very much enjoyed it. Was tailored to my current fitness level and was challenging but not to the point where I was struggling to keep up with the pace. Very professional and very courteous.

With her positive mindset and dedication to the workout program, she has dropped 15 pounds. I am so happy that I could help her with her transformation, and guide her throughout the experience. The greatest part is that this is only the beginning of her fitness journey! We are still training to this day, and she continuously strives to be better. I am so excited to see what goals she can achieve and how far she can go!
All I can say about 1 on 1 Trainer is WOW! They are excellent, professional and convenient. I did a ton of research on trainers and 1 on 1 Trainer has by far the best prices for individual personal training. It wasn't even close! Not only was the price great but the quality of the workout was amazing! If given the option, you should choose them!

James has been training me for a few months now and I couldn't be happier! I have had many different trainers and he has by far exceeded my expectations. Every workout is different, fun, and kickass! He is very patient, encouraging, and has pushed me to do things I never thought possible (like losing 30lbs). Bobby has an extensive knowledge of personal training and nutrition! He has been my trainer for over a year and he has gotten me into the best shape of my life. He is also good at training you with alternative movements if you have any injuries or pains in your body. I highly recommend him to be your trainer!
