Introduction: I have a master degree on Education Learning Design and Technology from San Diego State University. I have two years training in special education from San Diego State University and from the San Diego County of Education granting a certificate to work with children with autism. I am certificated to teach second language students BCLAD. I have more than 30 years of experience on tutoring children and adults. I have taught English as a second language at the university of Baja California campus Tijuana. I have tutored at Southwestern College general subjects, English and Spanish as a multidisciplinary tutor at Southwestwern College. Also I was certified as a Tutor at Southwestern College. I like to have the opportunity to provide my tutees with qualified hands - on learning materials that I make using the technology that will enhance their learning.

Angeles Gomez has been THE best caretaker my son has ever had! Outstanding quality of care! My son would only go to her when she worked with other care providers. She is nurturing, gentle, and attentive. Many times when I would pick my son up I would witness how all of the children would crowd around her even though there were 2 or 3 other caretakers in the room. I felt as though she was my sons other mother when I was not there. I LOVE that she helped me raise my son his first year. She goes above and beyond with care and communication. I wish I could afford to hire her as my personal nanny for my son because its like she loves him as much as I do. She is highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!

This is written to tell you about the great help that Ms. Angeles Gomez gave me as a tutor.WhileI was very stressed out and unable to concentrate to start with my homework. Ms. Gomez offered her services as a tutor. She gave me sugestions in how to start my paper.When I finished it I e-mail it and she corrected and gave me some ideas in how to improve my vocabulary in the paper. We met and she patiently read my paper line by line and together we finished it. I could turned it on time. I obtained a full grade in my homework and gladly I will recommend her as a tutor. and I will ask her for help next time I'll need it. Mrs. Gomez was a substitute Teacher at Wolf Canyon Elementary from the Chula Vista Elementary School District she sub for my Teacher Lydia Martinez, she was always on time, follow the classroom routine and the Teacher's lesson plans. She is bilingual we had two groups morning class in English, afternoon class in Spanish. It was a Preschool class.She had good control of the children. She always did an outstanding job. Mrs. Martinez was very pleased with her and would call her when she knew she was going to be out. Very courteous with Mrs. Gonzalez and myself we were the classroom assistants.

Angeles worked as a tutor at the library in SWC. She was always patient and helpful with all the students. Angeles assisted th students on multiple subjects: Spanish, English, computer software and Math, and Biology. I would recommend this tutor!

I like to meet with my students before I start the classes, so they can tell me their problems and how they want me to help them. We make a plan to work according to their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I like to keep updated with the new approaches and techniques, I took the tutor class to became a multidisciplinary tutor at Southwestern College, and I take classes at San Diego County of Education, besides I am doing a masters degree on Learning Design and Technology at San Diego State University.
