After trying to get quotes Robert Lindstrom Nationwide Secure Inc. was the only company to contact me back promptly (I contacted 3 other construction companies none of which called back!) He was very patient with us as our schedules constantly change. Provided excellent expertise on what needed to be fixed. Even waited for a while before was let onto the property. Have not yet booked anything to be repaired but good business begins with excellent "customer service." Because of that will definitely consider for other work we need to get done for commercial office and home repairs.

I own several properties in North America and I wish I could have Sunny Coast Manage all of them. Sunny Coast has been managing my SanDiego properties for over 5 years and have been doing a fantastic job. They take care of everything including managing repairs and services, tenant placememts, and paying property expencies. Their management fees are very reasonable. They are responsive and provide a high level of service. They also have a good eye for the right tenant. All my tenants were evaluated and qualified by Sunny Coast and each tenant has been great and headache free. Best of all they don't bother me....they take care of the issues quickly and efficiently on their own. Their accounting is extremely transparent and all property expencies and revenues can be found very easily online where it's updates regularly. You can filter different categories such as taxes, rent income, repairs, etc....they also upload scans/copies of services invoices and bills to your account. Very user friendly.
Luke converted a bathtub to a walk-in shower. This included retiling and plumbing. Since the property was older, a number of unexpected difficulties came up. Luke approached each of these with considerable thought and skill. He consulted with me on each problem and proposed a solution. When all the work was completed, we had a great shower. Luke was always pleasant, very hard working and trustworthy. He will do a great job for you.

Golden West Management has been managing two of my properties since November of 2013. I could not be more pleased with their service. I have had several issues with one property and their professional can do attitude makes it easy to deal with each issue. They are very responsive to my concerns and are they are now an integral part of my ability to continue to be profitable with my rental properties. I highly recommend their services to anyone who has rental property.
I live downtown in an older condo, and wanted to update my kitchen, as well as my upstairs loft and staircase. I asked our property manager for a referral, and she gave me Boardwalk Construction. After seeing a few other units that they had remodeled in our development, I was impressed with the quality of workmanship, and also the satisfaction and positive feedback from the other home owners. I met with Ed, and was impressed by his professionalism, and genuine care about my project. He was obviously very knowledgeable, and offered some great insight and recommendations, as well as a couple of items to consider which I hadn't thought about. He even found a much better/cheaper vendor for the modern-looking stainless steel + cable wire railing I wanted. When I gave them the job, Ed provided me an idea of steps and timing of the job so I knew what to expect, which was super helpful. I can't say enough about his crew! They were so kind, and courteous of me and my home; and more importantly, incredibly skilled and clean! We did demo of some drywall in the kitchen and the ponywall upstairs, so it always is dusty, but they did their best to keep it contained, and swept up every night. They completed my remodel as promised, and I couldn't be happier! It looks fabulous. I've even recommended them to a few neighbors who wanted to renovate. (I'm now thinking about remodeling my bathroom with them!)
Jaber is absolutely incredible! I have referred to him to many and would refer him to everyone! He is a jack of ALL trades! I originally had him out via thumbtack to quote us for a remodel of our master shower. He wa the most honest, had the best ideas, and best pieces! He ended up giving us the most incredible shower but also replacing our kitchen counters with quartz, painting our kitchen cabinets, giving us the most beautiful kitchen backsplash, replacing our water heater and regulator, helping with and installing new double oven, stove top and hood, washer and dryer, installing ceiling fans, he even replaced faucets for us at our rental property and fixed an electoral issue THREE different electricians couldn’t fix!! I am a hairdresser and thought I am incredible with color detail, but I couldn’t help but be outdone by Jaber. His attention to detail and recommendations for everything for our new house was spot on and I cannot thank him enough. He has answered all our questions, been a dream to work with, my husband and I are keeping a list (and New savings account) so we can have him out to do so much more for us! I don’t trust anyone else! And by the way I was 9 months pregnant (in the summer heat) and cranky when all of this way done, so he really can handle everything! Your extra expectations will be exceeded so please hire Jaber!

I hired AP Contracting to do a major renovation on a rental unit. My tenant had lived in this unit for approximately 20 years and the unit was in need of some major work. I called AP Contracting and scheduled an estimate. Anthony showed up on time and we walked the entire unit. I had ideas of what needed to be done and Anthony made some serious suggestions which I also agreed to. I told him that I also had a budget that I needed to stay within. The next day Anthony provided me with a written estimate and a price which was about $3300 less than I had budgeted and this included his additional suggestions, I was impressed. I was more impressed when his crew arrived the next day and the work began. I did a complete renovation, cabinets, carpets, took down the aged popcorn ceiling, painted, replaced the tub and shower, tiled the floors in the bathrooms, painted the entire unit and put in new carpeting. Anthony suggested replacement of the sliding glass doors and a few windows and the replacement of the garage door, which had a broken spring. This entire job took them 13 days start to finish. Now I am not one to do social media reviews but I was asked to review AP Contracting as a former customer. I do not think I am a former customer as I am in the process of having Anthony work on the 4th of my rentals as I write, I have always been one to worry about shady contractors, but I am glad I found AP Contracting and would recommend them to anybody. Casey has done several jobs for us over the last few years, including full inside and outside painting of our house. The outside jobs included overhang and bottom of the back wooden deck were spot on. He did a great job on new stair railing, cabinets and staining our front yard fence, including a separate area around the pool. He is prompt, efficient, clean and reliable. All of the various jobs have been done in the timeline he projects and discusses when he gives us a bid. The results are impressive and immediately improve our property value. To date there haven't been any problems with the jobs Casey has done and I don't anticipate any. If a problem were to arise, am confident that it would be handled professionally. I'm looking forward to getting our kitchen floor replaced next.
I used Priority One to manage my property in North County, before they helped meto sell it 2 years later. I dealt with the owner most of the time, which was refreshing. To be able to get a hold of Marc directly was a huge reason I enjoyed working with them so much. Any questions, issues, concerns...anything...was handled with attention and quickly. I loved how I had my own online portal and could view contracts, statements, receipts, etc. at any time. They are a one stop shop!
