Mike came over and fixed my grandmother's wall heater the same day I posted on thumbtack. He made time for us, and did the work fast and for a reasonable price. My grandmother truly appreciates his hard work and willingness to come help her at such short notice during the cold winter nights. Thanks Mike. (I would have given him a five star rating but there was no receipt or paper work associated with the work he did, and we're a family that likes to keep records and have proof of service. Other than that he was great.)

Mike was very attentive and came to the property shortly after. He later ended up doing some work for me on a different property as well and resolved the issue. Finally, when my tenant had an issue with the AC, he came over same day and resolve the issue at the same time. Highly recommended.
