Boris went above and beyond to make our firms holiday party a success. Despite a number of obstacles, including no onsite kitchen facilities, he produced a fantastic meal that was nicely presented for a reasonable price. I have used Boris for a number of other events and would not hesitate to recommend him. In addition to being a great chef, he is extremely conscientious and a genuinely nice person.

I had the pleasure of using Boris Seljak's services on several occasions. His meals - all types of cuisine - can range from simple and casual to elegant and gourmet and all delicious!
The most notable catering event was a birthday celebration for 40 guests. I wanted specific types of dishes and Boris made it work within the budget. It was a fantastic meal - the Thai curry shrimp and scallops was my favorite!
I highly recommend Boris Seljak - he is an excellent chef and will make your event memorable!

From the initial meeting to the finale of the evening, Boris was outstanding. He listened carefully to my ideas and added his ,"food for thought". We eagerly awaited our evening with Boris and all were very impressed with a meal to remember. Everything about it was fabulous. The tuna tartar was superb, the salad, a chef's delight. The main dish was to die for. Rack of lamb at its very best. Fresh vegetables and cuscous were an added bonus. The finale was a delight to the palate. A lite but outstanding desert of fruit and gelato.
We will have Boris back! And finally, I must comment on his demeanor. Boris is truly a very nice person. Five stars to a great chef.
