SIMPLY AMAZING!! Such talent!! Many people hold a camera and take fotos, Dara takes fotos that transcend the experience for all to feel. I am fourtunate to have met Dara before she is out of reach and will never think twice about who to use in the future. Dara is a photographer unlike the rest and worth every penny!!!Sep 14, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I’ve been told that my pricing is fair and reasonable amongst other photographers in the Sacramento area. I try to custom fit my quotes to what the customer is requesting taking into consideration things like the number of people that will be photographed and the distance that needs to be traveled. I require a deposit of $100 or half the total quote when hired through Thumbtack (which ever is the lower amount) to secure the gig. Here are some general prices to give you an idea of my pricing: • Headshots: $125 per person (group discounts available) • Passport Photos: $45 per person (group discounts available) • Events: $210 (1st Hour); $95 per hour after that • Photobooths: $390 (1-2 hours); $135 per hour after that I typically have a 2nd shooter with me for Events and Photobooths that are 3 hours or longer. Again, these are the prices of my base packages but I typically work with the client to customize a package that will meet their needs. Customer Satisfaction is my top priority!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I try to create a relaxed/light/friendly atmosphere. Most people are nervous or apprehensive when it comes to getting their portraits taken, so I usually talk to them a little bit before the photo session starts and get to know them a little bit before diving into the actual photographing part.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm an avid fan of the workshops and courses that the Rocky Mountain School of Photography provides.
