Introduction: i recently started an at home catering business with my partner Tim. we are caled Home Sweet Catering. we specialize in events big or small. we love to cook outside of cooking for our day jobs. Besides the catering, I am currently working as saute chef at Sienna Restaurant in El dorado hills. I love my job and my staff but I am looking to use my free time to help you!
I take pride in every dish I put out. Whether it be at work or at home. I put my heart and soul into everything that comes out of my kitchen. I can do something as simple as an amazing french dip and a bbq burger to a beautiful halibut dish or a filet to die for. Desserts are also part of my package. And i will never tell you I cant do something. If you want it then I can figure out the best way to get it done.
The question is what dont I enjoy. I love making wonderful food for people. I cant tell you what it means to me when i see the look on someones face when they get a dish I prepared...i know that they are loving life right now because I made that for them. Food and cooking is my life.
