- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We start off with what a basic mow, edge, and weed eating will be for the property. Depending on the amount of other shrubbery, custom work, and different tasks need to be play a part in the overall price. We also offer fertilizer, clean ups, weed removal, and many other services that can be quoted out too. I may not be the lowest price in town; but you get what you pay for. "Not just a blow and go lawn service."
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to talk with new clients and figure out what they individually need. After this we will put together a plan that will be presented in a proposal to the customer. The team will then gather the necessary resources to start the project. If at any time something is not satisfactory we will make it right for you.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was trying to hire someone to come clean up my backyard for a home inspection. It took more than 3 days for anyone to respond to my request. After someone finally responded they no call no showed on our scheduled time. I could not believe this is how some people run their business. I wanted to change the world of lawn care and make it so the customer feel appreciated and taken care of by someone they can trust.
