What types of customers have you worked with?
Since my services span across four areas, there is no "most common" as it depends on what a particular client seeks at a particular time. Each client is different. That said, the most common would be strategic marketing plans, tactical marketing plans, marketing materials, and websites.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
As far as marketing consultants, I have found a plethora of tactical marketing consultants who pretend they know strategic marketing, but they do not. When looking for a good marketer, everything begins with strategy. I have 20+ years of both strategic as well as tactical marketing. If your business does not have a strategic marketing plan and you are just tossing out tactics to see what sticks, your business is NOT going to be sustainable.
