Hello, I had an out of town wedding and booked a bus for my wedding through got u there tours. It was the only mistake and negative aspect of my wedding. The bus driver got lost despite having the address and showed up wtih 50 guests an hour late. The only reason the bus driver realized he was lost was because one of the many guests from Canada had to turn on their data plan and do a search. Once i informed management of how this hour delay ended up with me having to pay futher for a park booking for the wedding, I was met with rude and insulting comments from their staff and management. At first they claimed the driver did not get lost but i informed them that i had a written letter by a limo driver indicating how late the bus showed up despite leaving at the same time. Managment then did admit to the driver being lost and then I was told that i was asking for a refund because i was either bored or needed the money. Therefore i have dropped my request for money as that is not the reason, but i want to make others aware of my nightmare of booking with this company.

We used this Charter for our bowling league going to Reno. First the bus came filthy dirty. It had not been cleaned from previous charter of teenagers. We had to clean it ourselves completely sweeping it out cleaning all the seats. The majority of the windows were filthy. The bathroom had not been emptied and there was no soap, water or towels to wash your hands. The inside of the bus was in horrible condition most of the seat backs were broken. This bus should of never left the yard. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!
