Lance is a great trainer! He is very knowledgable and accommodating. I appreciate him going above and beyond to help me reach my goals. Stacey, came to me with some lofty goals. She has some Military physical fitness testing coming up and wants to be at the top of her class. In years past she was doing traditional training which is great, however we have implemented some of my core fitness training philosopy which has increased her over all fitness tremendously. Stacey is kicking but and her core strength, balance, cardiovascular and over all strength and fitness has increased in just a short 3 weeks.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is flexible, easy and negotiable, I am not in this for the money. I get paid more in seeing results from my clients than money. I have employed a 1 month unlimited training schedule for a flat fee to my clients. This is the most popular means of payment which offers my clients the most value.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am constantly doing research and finding proven new and old school ways to stay fit nutritionally, physically, and spiritually. I attend fitness& nutrition seminars, as well as take online fitness, exercise, and nutritional classes through the accredited-- ISSA
- How did you get started doing this type of work?The pain I experienced in my back and legs from a back surgery helped me want to get out of it so bad that I tried every type of exercise, fitness, drug, and nutritional program out their until I figured it out. Once I figured out what worked I had to help other people obtain the proper tools so they could be pain free, healthy, and fit.The key behind my fitness is to engage the core and increase the strength and flexibilty in your core. I love sharing these core exercises with my clients and they love it.
