- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to meet them face to face and get a detailed idea of what they are wanting. At the same meeting, I explain in detail how I will provide the end result, step by step, so they understand the process that is involved. I then will provide several mockups or edits (depending on that particular project) and work closely with the client to tweak the end product to their liking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a college graduate with a Bachelor's degree in art education and history education. I have worked as a graphic design specialist, motion graphics artist, video editor and audio engineer for over 16+ years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been passionate about design and music. I went to college and graduated with a bachelor's degree in art and history education. I have been in the graphic design industry for 16+ years.
