OJ is 1 of the best personal trainers I've ever come into contact with. For starters, your initial meeting is a workout created to personalize your strengths and weaknesses for future sessions. Afterwards, he speaks with you regarding your target goals, time frame, ideal weight etc. Meanwhile, he's compiling a special profile just for you in his computer. He sends weekly updates on your progress like: body fat percentage and weight loss/gain. In addition, he also sends motivational text messages during the week. He really is the most professional personal trainer I've ever encountered. I'm just 3 weeks into my training sessions and I'm already seeing results. Thanks OJ!

When I first decided to start working out with a personal trainer, I looked online for personal trainers in Pasadena. I ultimately decided to go with Hugo based on all of the positive reviews I read of him on here. Since the reviews initially helped me make a decision on choosing Hugo as my personal trainer, I just had to leave my own review. Before committing to train with Hugo, he offered me an introductory deal so that I could experience working out with him. The first couple sessions he evaluated my strength, endurance, and overall physical ability. Once my fitness level and goals were established, Hugo set up a training program and nutritional plan for me. He begins every session by explaining and demonstrating the exercises in the circuit. He also clarifies and demonstrates the importance of proper form, which makes it really easy for me since I'm a visual learner. At any point during the exercise if I forget to use proper form, Hugo reminds me and encourages me throughout. He is very good at helping me understand which muscles each exercise is working out. I like how during every session, he is focused, patient, and motivates me to make sure I'm giving it my all. His professionalism and friendliness make it all that much more of a positive experience training with him. I've been training with Hugo for about three months now, and I can say that I'm truly happy with my results so far. My strength and endurance have greatly increased since our first session. I've noticed my body fat decrease and my muscle mass increase. I also feel much better when I'm exercising and eating healthy, it has greatly helped with my anxiety. I definitely plan on continuing to train with Hugo. I'm excited to see how my fitness level and physique continue to progress. I'm glad that I chose Hugo as my personal trainer, it is obvious that he loves what he does and cares about his clients. I definitely recommend Hugo for anyone looking for a personal trainer, you will not regret it!
Donna is an amazing trainer. She really listens to my needs and helps me reach my goals. She knows when to push and when to ease up. She truly understands the human body, building muscle and increasing strength. She is very passionate about what she does and it shows. She checks on me outside of my training sessions to make sure I'm eating healthy and doing my cardio.
Hands down Jobi Morrison is the BEST personal trainer! I have been training with Jobi for 5 years. I'm the strongest I have ever been! My workouts are never boring. I always look forward to see how he will challenge me with cardio, strength and balance and I am never disappointed! Jobi always takes the time to listen to my questions about fitness and nutrition and always provides sound advice. Before I came to M2 Fitness Pros LBC, I thought I knew what it meant to push myself in the gym and to adopt a diet that complimented my training. After working with Emile for those first few weeks, I realized how little I really knew. Emile taught me so much in the year that I've trained with him that it's difficult to capture everything in one review, but here are some things that immediately come to mind: how to build a gym routine, how to use equipment properly, how to practice mindfulness while exercising (am I feeling the exercise where I should be feeling it?), how to pace your exercise, the number of reps to perform and at which weight range, how to go up in weight, how to diet to compliment your training, how to track your progress, how to stay motivated, etc. I used to walk into the gym with a measure of fear and insecurity, but after training with Emile, I walk into the gym with total confidence. Training with Emile has gotten me into the best shape of my life, and consequently, has changed my life for the better. I'm more confident than I've ever been. I highly recommend Emile and M2 Fitness Pros LBC. Stop stumbling and fumbling in the gym. Stop going to the gym on your own if you're making very little progress month over month. Stop spinning your wheels. You wouldn't pursue becoming a world-class chef, for example, without some kind of formal training, would you? I trained with Manuk a couple times a week for the last three months and couldn't have had a better experience. I feel like my old self, I learned new ways to stay in shape, and had a personalized meal plan that was tailored at various points throughout my training. Manuk will kick your butt into shape and really cares about his work. He makes himself available outside of his sessions and is just a great guy. His prices are great compared to packages at larger gyms. Setting goals and having accountability is something that I need in order to make big changes. Manuk made it happen.
I have been training with Meghan for the last 3+ months and have noticed a significant improvement in positioning, mobility and balanced strength ever since. Meghan is professional, attentive and focused on helping me achieve my fitness goals. Her programming changes every week to ensure I am engaging and activating muscles in ways that will improve strength as well as guarantees that I will never get bored. Adrien's training style is very intense, he's very easy to chat with about almost everything. He is very motivating and keeps you on track and makes sure to check in with you about your progress regularly, even outside the session. I appreciate the commitment that Adrien puts in to the nutrition as well and everything together as a lifestyle change. If uou are looking for a trainer I would highly recommend him.
Sandy is not your typical trainer but shes a good one! She doesnt yell at you and push you until you cry. Rather she counts your reps, cracks a joke, or talks to you to make the session time pass quickly. She keeps things from getting stale by never doing the exact same exercises in consecutive meetings. Sandy knows so many exercise variations that she will adapt your training if you dont like a particular exercise or want to focus on improving one thing or another. She is also one of the few trainers that is willing to come to your house or a local park to train you. I highly recommend her. Shell get you into better shape if youre willing to put in the effort too.
I worked with Margo over the course of about 5 months and had a great experience. I had already been exercising consistently for a while but Margo helped me bring my fitness to a whole new level. He created a personalized workout plan that incorporated the things I wanted to focus on: functional fitness and MMA. Throughout our time together we also modified and tweaked my workout to focus on my weaknesses. He was always available for questions and delivered on his promises. If I didn't have to move away I would still be training with Margo, and I highly recommend him to any of my friends who want to push themselves past their comfort zone.
Gabalina is fantastic. Great to work with and can accommodate busy/changing schedules, which makes it much easier to stay on track with training (no excuses!). It's only been a few weeks since I started working with her but I already feel stronger, healthier and more motivated. Would highly recommend.

I've done group training and individual training with Vanesa. She pushes you and gets you to do things you don't think you can. The sessions are always fun, and always a workout. She is constantly changing things up so I'm finding myself sore often, which is a good thing! The one thing I love is that she focuses on making me strong, which does more for my confidence than the scale. I've gotten into the best shape with her and highly recommend her.
I just want to start off by saying thanks a lot for the great workout Jacob! My arms and legs feel like noodles! Jacob has a great attitude and made the time he was training me enjoyable, even tho I was sweating and my body was feeling the burn! If you want to get yourself in shape quickly and have fun doing it , go see Julie at the Redondo Beach Bay Club. Julie utilizes the many resources at the Bay Club especially outside in the Arena area. Don't expect the typical personal training session that most people have to force themselves to go to. The hour will fly by and before you know it you'll see results. She's good. . Highly recommended. .
It's my first time ever trying personal training and I definitely got way more than what I expected. Daniel's method changed my point of view about fitness and health. I have learned so much and I can see small positive changes happening on me, not just physically but mentally and emotionally as well. I grew up playing sports and dancing, so I have had several injuries ranging from mild to severe (almost needing surgery). I have a stage 2 borderline stage 3 meniscus tear in my left knee. I have dislocated my left shoulder several times throughout my life. Daniel has helped in increase my range of motion with my shoulder and also increased my flexibility so my legs and knees don't hurt as often. Daniel really is an excellent personal trainer, he pushes you to do your best and won't let you get away with complaints. He's very fun to train with as well. He changes the workouts frequently so you don't get bored and I would highly recommend him.
Corey is such an amazing trainer!! He customizes the training to fit your needs and what you like so that you can enjoy working out. He's very friendly and always cracking jokes, yet very serious when it comes to the safety and how to get it done right. His priority is his clients, so you won't be seeing him on his phone while training, and that's very nice to know. If you're reading this comment, I assume you're looking for a trainer. Do it!! I got stronger, leaner, and feel great about myself!
