FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have been training every level of player for nearly fifteen years now, from as young as 6 to a lot of my junior college players that I train. My rates have abviously steadily risen since i began training way back when but my pricing system is pretty standard. My private, one-on-one hour long sessions are $75 regardless of the age and playing experience of the player. For packaged rates I have a 4 session package at $260, 8 sessions at $480 and 10 sessions at $550. For my group rates it is $50 dollars per player for a two group one hour session. $40 dollars per player for a three group one hour clinic. $35 dollars/player for a four group one hour clinic and $30 dollars /player for my one hour long five group clinics. I allow no more than five players maximum to form a clinic. This is one of the many factors that separate me from the other camps/clinics and leaugues. I don't believe in overcrowded camps. I want to be able to engage fully with each and every one of my players.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with an hour long evaluation session with my new players. This way I am able to put together a specific session plan that fits that player’s specific needs. After the evaluation session the player has a choice to book me for 4, 8, or 10 sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always continuing my basketball education which is a never ending education even when I was a player I always wanted to learn more and now as a coach I've always got my head in a magazine or watching a coaching video or attending coaching seminars. I also take classes on CPR and concussion classes so that I am up to date on those types of things. I have also taking classes on how to tape players and I have learned many things regarding player injury and injury prevention.
