Ken was able to tear down my old elliptical, greased all of the squeaky metal joints and put it all back together with no issues. Gave advice on what to do about discontinued parts and alternatives. Very knowledgeable with exercise equipment and work completed has no issues! Will definitely refer to others and do business again
