Like many others, we were hit with an unexpected furnace issue. With many different repair services it was important to find one that was timely, honest and could do the work at a fair rate. I'll save you the trouble, Chill Hub was all three for us. Andre our technician was friendly and showed up to quickly assess our issue. He provided us a competitive quote (against two others here). And even though it was going to be a late day for him (7:30pm), as promised, he returned and did the job providing our family with the comfort of a working furnace again. Thank you Chill Hub and thank you Andre.

I chose Chill- hub to repair my water heater, which was no longer providing hot water. They were able to determine what was wrong and replace the motor. These days it is hard to find a reliable and experienced AC heating repair technician. Most of bigger heating company not only unreasonably expensive, but only want to turn profit by installing new system. After few trial and error, I finally found Andy to repair broken AC unit. He was able to quickly identify the issue is due to compressor. Once the parts arrived, Zee helped to arrange the repair right away. After 3 weeks of hot days without AC, I can’t not thank them both enough.

Chill-hub was fast and responsive in reaching out and scheduling an initial appointment in the next few days soon after I made my request. My technician, Andy, came during the time as promised, and he was prepared and read my notes so he was already fully aware of my problem. I was also impressed that he noticed we were bare feet indoors so he used proper shoe covers to not dirty our home. He was fast in diagnosing the issue and explained what was the likely problem with our fridge. He needed to order parts so we had another appointment scheduled, where he came and fixed our problem. Our fridge works properly now! And it all took just a week, from start to finish, including wait time for the repair parts to arrive. I would recommend Chill-hub for for jobs. There were a few little things that they could improve on, of course, but nothing to detract from the approval of my experience.
