We hired GADI Construction to perform remodel of 2 bathrooms in our home. We had an excellent experience working with the GADI team. In selecting a contractor, we met with 5 companies before deciding to move forward with GADI. They were not our cheapest option, however were also not the most expensive. We selected GADI based on feeling they had right combination of quality and due diligence for the cost After we had signed contract, the team moved quickly in obtaining permits, design, and supporting material selection. The entire team was very responsive to any questions, ideas, or concerns that I had throughout the process. The Project Manager, Shani, kept me well informed. Communication was excellent and we texted or talked almost daily during construction. With any remodel there are going to be challenges that arise. Shani always gave me confidence that issue would be addressed, and always delivered resolution promptly. GADI was able to complete construction in a little over 2 weeks. This was faster than they had originally quoted, and despite me requesting some additional work along the way. Highly recommend Shani and the GADI team

I highly recommend working with Nadav and GADI construction on your next project. We worked with them on a big, complicated project, turning 1 bathroom surrounded by three little used closets into two bathrooms. In addition, they also altered the shape of a hallway and an additional closet to create a more practical primary bedroom suite. Getting the plans exactly right and working with the city to get them approved was critical, and GADI did a great job here. We went through multiple plans with their draftsman until finding the right solutions. Off to a great start, the actual construction process went well too. This was a big project, and it was no surprise to us that multiple months of work were needed. We thought that the folks at GADI were efficient and hardworking with a real eye for quality work. Nadav was always available and came over frequently to walk through plans and keep things on track. Any small issues that arose were responded to quickly and it was always no big deal. Loved their flexibility. In the end, construction in SF is very expensive, but at least with Nadav & GADI you are paying for quality work. Small things that I really appreciated were that they generated a quote on the spot instead of waiting weeks to send you one as many GCs do and that they had a cleanup crew come through when they were done. Ask Nadav for my materials list if it would be helpful to you.

We had GADI construction come out and remodel our hallway bathroom to the studs and we were very pleased with the outcome. Our PM Nicole was awesome. She helped us throughout the process and made sure to communicate at every step. At the end, they went above and beyond fixing the tiny issues with the finishing and the results were fantastic. We will definitely use them for our next projects.

We got a few different quotes for a laundry/ bathroom renovation and went with GADI. We wanted to combine our half bathroom and laundry room into one larger room which required removing a load bearing wall, moving plumbing/ electrical and closing existing doorway. The project manager made the project pretty seamless with great communication in person and via text. The construction crew that came to our home were very hard working and respectful of our space. The final product is better than we expected. We are so happy that we are planning on future projects with GADI.

Our process consists of connecting with our clients, scheduling a meeting at their earliest convenience with one of our highly dedicated and licensed project managers to further the conversation of the work they are interested in. We provide all services in house , and describe every step of the process to our clients, emphasizing on communication, and making sure that we are going above and beyond in each stage of decision making process, and execution of work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With years of qualified experience in construction working with cities, inspectors, building codes etc. On a local level we have built our connections and understanding of what is required to take a project from start to finish as seamlessly as possible. All our Project Managers are Licensed, along with our highly dedicated crews!
