I have provided breakfast services for a office in Alamo, for twenty-seven employed, Monday through Thursday, for several years. I cook dinner on the weekends for a five-star retirement community in Pleasant Hill. I am available Wednesday's and Thursday's I love cooking for my clients, providing fresh and healthy meals!

I wanted to create a memorable party for my boyfriend's birthday. I had a few ideas and Chef Mark amped them into a fun, interactive, boisterous cook-along! Everyone had a fabulous time with Chef Mark leading the way. I thoroughly enjoyed the evening - so rare for the hostess - because Chef Mark took care of everything. Much to my surprise, it was actually more cost effective to hire Chef Mark than to do it myself; with his expertise at selecting the menu, doing the shopping and preparing the food, the cost including paying Mark was less than if I had done it all myself. I've already recommended him to friends and hired him for my next party! You can't go wrong with Chef Mark - he's personable, professional and enthusiastic. What a terrific experience!

Mark catered an amazing bbq rib meal for us and it was outstanding. He even made his own bbq sauce. On top of that, he also cooked bbq corn on the cob. Needless to say that the next time we have an event Mark will do the catering for us. Thank you Mark!

Mark was great. We made a vegan shepardspie that was fantastic. We made a double batch and froze individual servings for future meals. Mark chops veggies and washes dishes incredibly fast. I'll hire Mark again.

Mark was great! He prepared a wonderful dinner of prime rib, starting with a great salad with champagne mimosa dressing, lots of roasted vegies, a wonderful sweet potato mash with gravy and of course the prime rib. Then, of course, the Panatone bread pudding to top it off. A good time was had by all!
