Matthew Ray is an outstanding all-around individual who gets the job done, keeps in touch with you about the progress of your solar system, and wants to make sure all along the way that there are no unanswered questions or problems that need to be addressed. I would recommend Matthew to anyone interested in switching to solar. His work ethic is above reproach, and he will go to great lengths to make sure that you are happy with the decision to change to solar. Our experience with Matthew was wonderful. We switched from the previous company we were interested in, because our go-to person was never available. Matthew changed all that for this new company, and our lives are so greatly enhanced with meeting him. Give Matthew a chance. He will do a superb job for you.

I recently had a solar system installed on my roof by Sunrun. The sales representative was Matthew Ray; I would like to briefly comment on our sales experience and the service we received after the sale. There were several things during the process that made working with Matthew a pleasure. These were as follows: He was on time for our appointments. If he was going to be late, called and advised us so we could adjust our schedule or re-schedule the appointment. He was knowledgeable of his product and did not have to go talk to his manager to get questions answered. We got all our questions answered at the time of presentation and where revisions were required, due to architectural renderings, accurate information was then properly communicated as changes necessitated it. There was follow-up after the sale; such as making sure the HOA paperwork was filled out with appropriate neighbor signatures. Updates in the progress of our paperwork were received regularly. I feel saddened that Matthew is no longer working in this area as we felt comfortable recommending him to our friends and neighbors. Martin Rebentisch

Matt explained everything to us in a way that was easy to understand. He made the process go smoothly and everyone in Vivint Solar worked together to accomplish and get things done as promised. Because of Matt I have tried to get some of my friends to get Vivint Solar. They are waiting (I believe) to see how my experience in saving $$ on my bill will help them. Matt was an extreme professional and was not pushy. He thoroughly explained everything and made it so a simple guy like me could understand. He knew all the ins and outs, the who's the where's the whens and worked directly with me to get my solar system designed and installed. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would recommend looking at some of the installations that the company has done. Also, not every company is perfect but if customers have left a bad rating did the company go out its way to fix the situation. I would also look to make sure they have all the license needed to preform the work they are doing. Finally, I would check the BBB as a standard to see if they are following in accordance.
