I guide private and group meditation classes as well as teach intro to meditation and mindfulness workshops.
My meditation techniques include body awareness, breath awareness, silent mantra, heart-centered breath, and self-inquiry. I also guide gratitude, loving-kindness, walking and eating meditations. I love sharing this beautiful practice and opening my heart to others.
