Andrea was very nice in the beginning and seemed to want to help. She requested payment for the services I needed, however, did not provide the services in full that she guaranteed, only the initial set up was done.
Services were postponed a few times by her before I finally asked for a refund.
It’s been nearly 9 months and I still haven’t received the refund which has been promised time and time again.

During our time working together you expressed that you were very pleased with our relationship and the quality of work I provided for you. Many hours were invested in consulting via Zoom and getting your start-up business setup. After some time, you come to understand the demands of operating a business and stated it may not be for you. Out of consideration, I willingly committed to complete the remainder of your small project within the initial retainer amount, in spite of it being a few dollars shy of fully absorbed. I also provided clear communication regarding postponement and finalizing the QuickBooks work. However, you decided to go a different route.
Nevertheless, client satisfaction is my upmost priority, therefore I committed to a courtesy refund that exceeded what was due to you. Note: that agreement was not nine months from the date of your review. As of today, you have received your $175 courtesy refund.
