Unprofessional and unorganized. Led me to believe they were working on my case for two months. When I was presented with a contingency fee agreement, I pointed out two error in the contract and that their fee was 5-10% what was normal for this type of case. They apologized for the errors and asked to discuss and offered another fee. We agreed and waited another week for the contract to reappear. Instead received a childish call that stated they were about to take a very time consuming case and couldn’t work on mine. Then ultimately admitted that cutting me off was about me negotiating the fee ( which was allowable in their contract) and me pointing out statements of errors in the contract that contradicted each other. This is a boilerplate business which uses pieces of contracts from the internet. They literally have contingent clients paying for their expenses! I had to point out that piece was an error and they agreed to correct it. Don’t bother. Go find another attorney who isn’t intimidated by a client’s legal knowledge and doesn’t pawn you off on other attorneys (three in my case) to repeatedly tell your story. This firm obviously can’t handle more than one case at a time!

As an attorney, I take MCLE classes as continuing education and I am constantly reading new laws and cases for updates in the employment law field.
