FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have trained and are training those who are average fitness enthusiasts and people trying to get in shape, all the way up to elite athletes training for competitions. Our clients represent average housewives, business owners, bodybuilders and competitive weightlifters. We even have several competitive teams training here.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always check for a nationally accredited certification from a reliable organization. NASM, ACSM and NSCA are my preferences, though there are others that are good. A college degree in exercise science, kinesiology or other health/fitness related field is always preferred. Always be sure your trainer has lots of experience working with people in your particular situation. He/she should be insured and well respected within his/her own community.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
You get what you pay for. Inexpensive trainers are usually not that knowledgeable or experienced. A true trainer continues to be educated to know what will be the best way to have his clients excel. And that's why he charges more.
