It is apparent that Rudy enjoys working with his clients. Throughout the workout, Rudy constantly encourages every individual to continue pushing forward. Unlike some personal trainers, Rudy doesn’t overwhelm his clients on the first day with high intensity workouts, making some people want to never return. Rudy understands that working out and living a healthy lifestyle is a process. His primary goal is to make sure that people develop a new perspective on working out, and learn to appreciate the process toward a healthier lifestyle. If you are ready to make a step toward improving your health and boosting your confidence, then I highly recommend contacting Rudy as soon as possible to get started on your fitness journey.

Rudy has helped me lose about 50 pounds so far. I started with him about nine months ago, and also joined his group training ((GT3) maybe six months ago. I probably tried everything else to lose weight and would get discouraged and give up. With Rudy I started to feel better and stronger right away, then the weight actually began to come off! He showed me how to track my food, and made some adjustments over time to get my diet just right for me personally. The GT3 classes are my favorite!!! Rudy is able to give personal attention and modifications as needed to each member while still keeping the energy and supportive atmosphere of a group intact. I really just love my group so much!!! I have to say how really nice and caring Rudy is with all his clients. I don’t think anyone else could make me believe that I would feel this well or enjoy working out like I do now. I am very surprised and grateful:)

Rudy has helped my wife and I get back into shape. He’s motivated us into eating and do high intensity interval training which helps with overall health.
