The pricing is based upon which package you choice. I do it all from: One on One training, group training, and Cardio Kickboxing. I also provide payments on certain packages and give discounts of FREE sessions for birthdays/referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your first session will be FREE. I will put you through a workout and see where you are at fitness-wise then customize a program to meet your goals. All of my packages include a nutritional plan and I have you log everything you eat through the app we provide you with to help you stay on track. I also have you on a schedule that you access through our app as well. The app contains all of your workouts and programs to make it super convenient for you to stay on top of your fitness.
