- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a photographer because it was a childhood passion and hobby long before I knew it could be someone's job. I specialize in birth and babies because I am drawn to it the same way an artist is drawn to oil and canvas. It's all just a part of who I am.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My photography focuses on birth photojournalism and the months and years surrounding birth. I most often document pregnancy and newborns in addition to the birth stories I am on-call for.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best thing you can do while looking to hire a professional photographer is to speak with them at length either on the phone or in person. You will get the most from your session if the photographer and the client are comfortable with each other and have a rapport similar to that of good friends.
