My tenant called me hysterical when a large leak started a steady stream of water flowing into her closet. Initial it was thought to be a plumbing issue but after doing some investigating, much to my dismay, it looked as though our twenty-five year old roof had finally had it. A friend of mine suggested Courtesy Roofing so I called and a gentleman came out the next morning. He went up on the roof, found a few broken tiles, took pictures of everything, explained the issue and the process of how they could fix it. He told me that they would come and put a tarp over the area so that my tenant wouldn’t have anymore water intrusion until such time they could come fix it completely. That day it was tarped and three days later two guys came out to fix the problem. They worked quickly and fixed the problem. The price, I thought was fair and one thing that was important to me was how clean they worked. No mess during or after they were finished. I will definitely use Courtesy Roofing for my investment properties as well as my home when I need them. Fixing a roof is not something that needs to be done offer, thank God, but it sure is nice to know that when I need to, I know the place to call.

These past rainstorms revealed several roof leaks in two different parts of my home. I inquired through Thumbtack with some hesitation as I have had bad luck with roofers in the past. This time I was connected with Courtesy Roofing and my experience couldn’t have been better. From the initial meeting and estimate to the work being done and the follow through these guys are true professionals. Knowledgeable, friendly, fast and thorough, my leaks are gone and I’m confident they will not be coming back. I would highly recommend Courtesy Roofing and though I hope I never need them again, if I do, I wouldn’t call anyone else.
