- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?For speaking, it depends on time and location and will range from $1,500 (San Diego local for an hour) up to $5,000 for out of town travel, plus expenses. I offer a great deal of "take-away". For coaching, I bill based on a contracted rate with the client. Everything from a one-day immersion to a 6-month agreement. That is only determined after an initial complimentary coaching session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will conduct a brief interview to see if we are a good fit. See where I can be of value and service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Speaking: more than 600 presentations over 20 years. Many for Vistage CEO groups and management teams. Also hired to do training for corporate retreats and association meetings. Also more than 100 webinars. Coaching: I've coached executives for many years and have run coaching groups. Now I just focus on one on one coaching. I am hired by individuals and companies.
