We started a new business and had no clue what we were doing. Christina was recommended from a friend so we tried her out. The consultation was great and she went over every question that we had. She talked in a way that we could understand which is very refreshing. She was professional and her quote to get our books in order was right on the money. The thing I liked the best was that we were able to do our payroll with her and also do our business and personal taxes. CSP & Associates is a one stop shop I highly recommend.

Pablo is a nice person to work. He has an extensive professional accounting knowledge. During 2013, he established our business accounting records and transferred all our manual business transactions of 18 months to QuickBooks. He implemented and trained us in QuickBooks desktop. A few months later he moved our QuickBooks desktop to QuickBooks Online. Now, we can enter our business transactions from any location. He also incorporated our business in California. He helps us to organize our financial reports according to our logistics and transportations business in Mexico and the USA. Now, we can monitor our expenses and revenue in great detail. He not only knows what is doing, but also explained me how and why I need to record transactions and how we can use our reports to make better decisions about our business. He also prepares our payroll and pays our payroll taxes. If I have questions, I just email him and he reply to me in the same day. Over the past 2 years, Pablo has helped me to become more self-sufficient with QuickBooks. He reviews our monthly transactions, reconciles our bank accounts, and explains our financial reports. We are beginning to prepare our budgets to help us grow and manage our business better.
