I will say that this company can take something you have thought up or maybe rough drafted and turn it into absolute art work. I personally did not have exactly what i wanted figured out and their team was able to take what i had thought up in my head and make it come to life in a graphic design. If i needed changes tweaked or altered they would quickly get back to me with the changes. They offer unlimited reviews to make certain your project is exactly what you want. On top of that they will work with you if you are on a budget. I was not able to afford the expensive graphic designing that some companies offered but they were able to work with me on a price that was fair for my budget. I would defiantly refer to a friend.
I was looking for a yoga instructor to introduce me to the practice and to help me manage the soreness and work related stress held within my body. Allison has exceeded my expectations with her expertise and patience in teaching me poses which specifically address my needs. After just a few sessions, I have felt much more limber and relaxed overall, and I look forward to incorporateing the practice into my daily routine. I've been doing personal training since 2010 through many different trainers, my all time favorite was with Brittany. I went through a phase where I wasn't conditioned to training, had gained weight and wasn't use to lifting weights. The first time we trained together, I thought it was really weird but she made it of importance about my breathing and posture and didn't just get right back into lifting like I use to. A couple sessions later, I really actually felt a difference because she made it important to recondition myself and make sure that I breathe properly while I train! She not only made me feel physically fit, she was a great person to talk to, and made me feel great while I worked out and constantly pushed me to be a better person. I wouldn't ever want another trainer, and when I'm done with my break from training, Brittany and I are going to be back out there hitting those new PR's!

Jonna has been my personal trainer for many years. She is very knowledgeable in her job. If you are looking to get back in shape or train for a competition Jonna is who you want. She adjust routines/exercises to fit your level. At 69 I was still able to work out with the 30 year olds with minor adjustments in the exercises. She makes everyone feel comfortable and gives lots of encouragement. If you follow her nutrition plans you will get rid of your excess body fat quickly. Everyone that works out together get a great workout and has fun at the same time. Jonna is able to make your workouts challenging as well as fun. I have worked out with some who have gone on and won competitions. It is amazing how she can transform the body in a few months.

I been having back pain since 2008, I got tired of having back pain so I found my wonderful PERSONAL TRAINER name Mirko D’Angelo . He is the man , the Man who completely changed my whole life around . I can honestly say I LOVE this man. I weight 115 before I trained with him but I was not strong . I now weight 125 but strong n healthy. And I can say thank GOD I am 100% back pain free. I am now 42 years old this year and I feel better n stronger then when I was 32. I'm not a 'yoga person' but I found Marjorie's Costa Retreat fabulous for so many reasons - her style and encouragement, the group of really interesting women who were there, and my take away: a healthier lifestyle. I continued to work with Marjorie afterwards, to learn more about nutrition and what is right for me to be eating at this stage in my life (over 65). I love what I learned. I eat better, feel better and am looking forward to healthier living. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Maggie provided my partner Jim and I with three months of "maintenance" training while we were out visiting in San Diego over the winter. We trained two days a week for an hour each time. Maggie's routines were varied; she didn't let us get bored or tired of any one thing before mixing it up. Even the session locations varied (county park, beach, multiple neighborhood parks). I would highly recommend Maggie for anyone looking for a quality personal trainer.
