Self Love and Wellness Yoga

Introduction: After spending more than 15 years in the corporate workplace, I realized that the passion I have for children means more to me than the corporate world. I received my Adult and Children Yoga Instructor Certifications from Coronado Yoga and Wellness Center, and Radiant Child Yoga. I have an Associate's Degree in Child Development from the University of San Antonio, Texas. Having been blessed to be the mother for two wonderful and healthy children reinforces my belief that an early practice of yoga will create a healthy, balanced and happy life for children as they grow into adults. I love to teach inner strength, discipline, body awareness, balance, and relaxation in a fun and positive environment for kids, adults, and families.
