Introduction: If you're looking for a strong writer and editor who's creative but also meets his deadlines, let's talk. My area of content expertise is Corporate Responsibility (CR)/sustainability. I do this work for large corporate clients; much of my writing and editing goes into annual CR reports. But I'm also a versatile researcher, writer and editor. I've written eveything from feature articles to strategic recommendations for the U.S. State Dept. to a pair of political- environmental novels* that drew excellent reviews in the New York Times and People magazine ("Page Turner of the Week"), among others. I have also written corporate communications and marketing copy including web content, press releases, executive addresses, brochures and FAQs. As an editor, I love working with a document to discover the concise, clear narrative it contains. During the last year I've edited long CR reports for clarity, content and tone as well as for typos and grammar. I'm a big fan of the AP Style Guide, with a few exceptions. Finally, I'm pretty good to work with. I practice active listening, and can work independently or in close collaboration with a client.
