In the course of my life I've worked with both a traditional therapist and a Life Coach to sort through challenges and troubles in my life and I have to say that working with a Life Coach is a far better experience that comes with results you can see and feel. Laurent came into my life at a time when I was feeling particularly stuck and on the verge of burnout. I've been doing a great deal of personal growth work, as well as hard work making a creative career come to life, yet I was still having difficulties getting anything to really happen. This is when Laurent came into the picture. Laurent has been a great Life Coach, asking pertinent questions about my current situation and he is an excellent listener. He has helped me with envisioning aspects of my life I have been working hard at, which is a great exercise and tool I need as I am an artist and a highly visual person. Due to his excellent listening skills, he asks incisive questions that get to the heart of the matter. Laurent is currently providing support as I work through de-cluttering my home and, particularly, de-cluttering my art studio in preparation for teaching from home, and both tasks have been a long-time challenge for me, with very little results to show for the work I put into these tasks. Laurent requests I submit action plans for the work to be done, which is another helpful tool for me, and I really appreciate that he provides more than one option I can choose to take on or not, which gives me room to choose what will work best for me. I have had 5-6 sessions with Laurent to date (April 2015) and I can say that I have been feeling and seeing results, as well as having serendipitous coincidences fall into my life since our sessions began. The de-cluttering process will take over 2 months of work, but with Laurent's support and encouragement, I know it will finally be completed this time, since one of the coincidences in my life is to have the book "The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up" cross my path. With Laurent providing accountability, in addition to his support and encouragement, I am beginning to see the tidying up magic take form and opportunities for my creative career that I could not have foreseen are now starting to cross my path in my life! AS OF 04/27/15 - I am leaving 4 stars for Laurent since our work together has not been of long duration (5-6 sessions to date) but I would highly recommend Laurent as a Life Coach if you are looking to make big changes in your life. I can tell you that making big changes in one's life should not be taken on alone and having Laurent in your corner will ensure that you will be able to make those changes with confidence!

Coaching is an amazing way to get movement on progress on those nagging things that you've been meaning to change about your life for the last 5, 10 or 20 years.Taking the time to work with Laurent as a life coach has made a remarkable difference in my life. I only started working with Laurent approximately a month ago, yet I've already taken some huge strides towards a fulfilling business and life. It's a wonderful experience to have someone looking out for your best interests and guiding you in the right direction.
