Introduction: Newport Beach Yoga Girl - Wellness & Fitness was started by Nicole Edel, a yogi with a passion for health and wellness of the mind and body.  Nicole has a unique background being trained in traditional fitness and holistic approaches.  She is ACE Personal Training certified, Yoga Alliance certified and IACC Wellness Coach certified. She combines principles of traditional personal training with principles of self-compassion, the healthy at any size movement, intuitive eating, as well as yoga and meditation.  She specializes in working with clients who suffer from chronic fatigue, chronic illness, PMDD (pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder), and depression. Her program is not only beneficial for those suffering with these issues, but also those who have not been able to stick to their health goals using the traditional route. To make real change, all aspects of the mind and body must change, you cannot change one without the other!
