I cannot say enough good things about Jessica and 3 Little Birds Event Planning! She is an absolute master at what she does!! She offers complete, 1 month, and day-of wedding planning, as well as all sorts of event planning, i.e. baby showers, parties, etc. I went with "Day-Of" and Jessica went above and beyond, helping with various steps in my planning process. She was always easy to reach and responded promptly with any and all questions that I had. She constructed the wedding timeline and offered dozens of suggestions to make our day truly special and perfect. 3 Little Birds also offers party rentals at very competitive prices, including a client discount! Needless to say, I ended up renting what I needed from them. Jessica and Dustin did such a fantastic job! Our venue decor was perfectly set-up, with every detail carefully though out. They made our day run smoothly and practically stress-free. Jessica was there every step of the way and took care of any issues as they arose. She made sure all formalities were done as we wanted them, directed our wedding photographer, attended to us personally, made sure our vendors were paid and tipped, and even stayed around afterwards to help break down the rentals. All in all, our wedding was pure magic and it was all thanks to Jessica, Dustin, and 3 Little Birds Event Planning. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family for all future events.

I had never used thumbtack before but I'm glad I tried it or I would not have found Jodi. She was awesome!! She was calm and took care of just about anything I needed her too. WE LOVED the ceremony and the hand-fasting left everyone crying. Including me! I can't say enough about Jodi, If you hire her you wont be disappointed.
I recommended Ricki to work on a relative's wedding. She did a great job and worked with the bride throughout the entire process. She was able to gauge the bride's needs and accommodate her. Ricki was able to provide discounts through her many contacts. Ricki knows all the pitfalls and possible problems that can occur throughout the wedding planning process. She works hard to prevent any mishaps from occurring. She was on call and present whenever the bride needed her and worked hard at the wedding to make sure everything went smoothly. Omg the wedding planner and decorator sent from the Gods!! A bit dramatic for me to say, i know, but Nicole saved me! I tried to plan my own wedding, even got my mom involved and that took a turn for the worse. Nicole met with us, spoiled us with cold champagne, we talked about every detail and it she hit the ground running. It was amazing to see her level of expertise and decisiveness. So happy she could plan and decorate my wedding so magnificently ! You are an angel and I recommend Nicole and her fun team to anyone who is looking for a planner or designer. BEST EVENT PLANNER, HANDS DOWN!!!! I hired Ingrid and her team last minute for decorations and event planning for a work party. By far, the best decision I've ever made. My wedding is in August, and I've went along and hired her for that event as well. She's proficient, efficient, and a visionary!! Her ideas are so thoughtful and personally organized! I am so impressed with her work and her expertise. She never ceased to amaze me. I got so many compliments on her flower arrangements and decorations that for so perfectly with the theme. I can't wait to see what she's got up her sleeve for my wedding in August. Also, this wasn't the first time I've hired Ingrid for an event. I hired her back in November 2015 for my MIL 50th birthday party. Her husband and herself, arrived much earlier for setup and made sure everything was the way we wanted it to look, before hey left the scene. They are so professional and such hard workers. I got a ton of compliments on their work that our family friend also hired her for her services for their wedding too! I will always refer Ingrid, without a doubt! I had the best experience with Victoria. She had amazing ideas for my wedding day. The touch of blues in a silver and white tone theme added elegance and grace, just as I was imagining it. All flowers were really fresh and guests were all eager to take it home after. Despite the great work, I had no issues communicating and from the start of our consultation, I noticed how quickly I was understood with my requests. My bouquet was so full and heavy, so I know I got my money’s worth. Definitely a to-go-to florist with any wants and needs that will be fulfilled beyond expected.
Jessell planned our wedding. She coordinated everything. She worked with the caterer, florist, DJ, and production company...all we had to do was say "yes" or "no". Her onsite team was awesome and kept things running. Our friends are still talking about how cool it was. We would not have done anything differently, so 5 stars all around!
Jennifer was amazing!!! We hired her as our day of coordinator for our wedding last month. The final month she worked with me to make sure I had all the details together, trouble shot problems, dealt with my vendors, and really got a full understanding of how I wanted my day to go. I could not have been happier with my choice to hire her. Bumps happen in planning and day of that you can’t control and I was so thankful to have her there for whatever I needed or couldn’t possibly do myself. She was punctual, amazing communicator, hard worker, and just plain bad add. I’m so grateful for her part in our best day!

Where to begin! Ruby was a savior during my wedding events and was able to offload so much of my stress and attend to all last minute details I was unable to do myself due to time constraints. I was able to trust and rely on her 100% and she did not let me down she knew exactly what I wanted and needed. Ruby made detailed timelines and checklists for all my events. She helped me plan and execute my wedding ceremony and it was perfect. She was able to offer me affordable vendors for photography, wedding dessert table that had a beautiful fruit and fondu, icecream popsicles/kulfi with customized labels passed out during our wedding that my guest raved about how delicious they were till today, decor for my wedding ceremony, and she was able to offer me multiple options for makeup and hair vendors for my wedding party. Overall ruby was amazing her attention to detail and her genuine kindness and sincerity was what made her so great at what she does. She went above and beyond for me and my events. She was my go to person for all my questions and was able to keep me calm and organized winding down to the events. I definitely recommend to booking her asap for all of your upcoming events. She does it all!
Karen is amazing! Words can't adequately express my appreciation of this wonderful lady. She did so much to make our event a success and to relieve the stress related to hosting a wedding. We hired Karen to be our "coordinator for the day" for our daughter's wedding. Even though the wedding was small (about 60 guests) and in our home, we wanted someone to help so that WE could be guests ourselves and enjoy the wedding. I did quite a bit of research before choosing and I'm so glad that we chose Karen. She has an infectious smile that puts you at ease immediately. She is also extremely professional and knowledgeable. She asked a lot of questions so that she would have a better idea of what we were envisioning. She had great practical ideas that helped with the flow of the event. We felt like we were in really good hands. When Karen arrived on the day of the wedding, she absolutely blew me away! I gave her a quick tour of everything that was happening and she just took it from there. It was like she was family and had been there a million times. She stayed two steps ahead all night and really made the evening stress free. She has a very unique quality in that she can take charge and provide direction in the nicest most nonabrasive way. When she lets guests know that it's time to move out to the patio for cocktails, or that we're ready for a toast, grand entrance, cake cutting etc. everyone listens and no one feels like they are being "bossed around". When guests left, she did so much to help wrap things up that I actually had to tell her to stop. She's so thoughtful. She pays attention to the smallest details and she really listens. I know Karen has done hundreds of events from large and elaborate to small and intimate. No matter what kind of event your planning, Karen will make it better and she will make your life easier! We hired Jessica as our day-of coordinator for our summer wedding in downtown Long Beach. She was priced so fairly, especially considering what others in the area were going to charge, but she is worth a lot more! My husband (!) and I are both graduate students whose busy schedules made it challenging to plan the wedding down to the details. We loved Jessica's positivity, support, and suggestions in the moments where we had no idea what we were doing (which was most of the time). She helped us create a vision for our wedding day and coordinated all the vendors. While most of the vendors were great and worked together as a team, our venue was generally unresponsive and Jessica dealt with them sternly, but professionally, to help us nail down the final details. She was available to meet in person and over the phone, doing her best to answer all of our questions and quell every anxiety! We bought several decorations and she told us to bring them in boxes and let her figure out what looked best instead of trying to plan where every little thing would go--I will NEVER forget walking into the venue and seeing it transformed into the PERFECT space. The lights, the tables, the centerpieces--I couldn't believe it had come together so well. The decor and the vibe exceeded every expectation. On the day, she rolled with the punches (like when our favors arrived melted). Her demeanor was calm and it helped me to relax during what could have been stressful transitions--from ceremony to photos to dinner (she made sure we ate) to dancing. I distinctly remember looking over during dinner to see her quietly fixing the two flower girls' "itchy" dresses with tulle. It was such a sweet moment, and just one example of how she went above and beyond to make the whole day great. We will be forever grateful that we found Jessica! She deserves all the praise for making our day perfect. It was so wonderful to be able to put so many details in her hands and trust that they'd turn out well. Vanessa was an absolute pleasure to work with! I hired her to help me coordinator everything leading up to our wedding day. Her attention to detail was phenomenal and served as a wonderful second pair of eyes in reading over all the contracts from vendors! I couldn't believe how many details and questions there was but she was there to answer and ask all of them. It was really great that once the wedding date was approaching she started answering emails from my vendors because she already had the answers which saved us a great time of time! She really knew her way about event planning and it was so comfortable for me to talk to her about changes or thoughts and she is very flexible with direction if you change your mind. Vanessa responds when she sees your email and will let you know if she saw your email but didn't have time to answer. I loved how well she communicated with me. She texts right away and she is very thorough with her email responses. She is adaptable in learning how to efficiently use technology to her advantage. I opted to use GoogleDrive to share documents back and forth. Until she met me, she didn't know how to use and now she is an expert! I cannot imagine not having this wedding without all of Vanessa's hard work! She deserves all the credit.
I would like to give big thank you to The Experience Decorations and Party Planning company. This is my second time using them for events the first time was a Christmas party at my home .They turn my backyard into a winter wonderland they provided tables,chairs,heating lamps, decoration, Candy Apples, cookies chocolate dipped strawberries fountains, and a custom photo frame and the second event was my godson's birthday party where they turn Paw Patrol into a reality the decorations was so realistic that you thought you were in the cartoon I was very impressed by the quality of work and professionalism and that they were able to stick with my budget. thank you sincerely Tarasha

From the start Kimberley made dress appointments to all our guest hotel accomodations for 200 plus people to transportation with two commenrcial size buses transpoting all my guest. Kimberley was cruscial in all aspects of not just planning and coordinating but went beyond to give me peace of mind to enjoy all steps of our wedding planniong to the day of. Her eye for design is what made it even more special for us to feel we were not a cookie cutter wedding.
