While I specialize in corrective and rehabilitative exercise, I train a wide variety of clients from weight loss to aspiring bikini competitors, and athletes. I look at the person as a whole and create a program that will not only reach short term goals but will build a foundation for a lifetime of fitness. I also provide nutritional guidance for all of my clients. There is nothing more rewarding than successfully reaching and surpassing a goal that once seemed impossible. I get to help people achieve this daily. Physical coaching only goes so far, but helping someone achieve a mindset of success lasts a lifetime.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?There is no additional membership for Summit Fitness. Each personal training session is $50/hr and group training sessions (2 or more people are $35/hr). Training sessions can be purchased in packages, ex: 10, 15, 30 sessions etc. and payments can be made on the total of these packages. I have an introductory package of 8 sessions for $300 as a thumbtack special.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I set up initial assessment meetings where we meet, talk about needs and desires for training, and complete an introductory workout that allows me to address fitness level, joint range of motion, flexibility, and cardiac capacity. After this assessment, I have enough information to create a customized program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine for personal training and corrective exercise. I also have 10 years experience in competitive martial arts.
