- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I been cooking since I was 10 years old, for my brothers and sisters, but I founded my passion for Culinary arts back in 1999, I attended The Art Institute in California, follow by the Institute of Natural Food in New York, and after I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer back in 2007, I reinvented my cooking style to a more health conscious one
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I cook meals for my clients several times a week, I leave them pack and label for each day and time. I also cater private and corporate events of any size, I have a team of cooks and servers that work beside me in on this events. I also consult for restaurants and kitchen designs
